TempoTwist Privacy Policy

TempoTwist does not collect any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. The app makes no network requests of its own — the only network activity is Apple's In-App Purchase system, described below. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere.

What stays on your device

Audio you import or record, your loops, your section markers, your playback settings, and your preferences are stored only on your iPhone, inside the app. They are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted. Deleting the app deletes all of it, including any audio you recorded in the app, which does not exist anywhere else.

Microphone

TempoTwist asks for microphone access only when you use the in-app recording feature, so you can capture a riff, a lesson, or a song to practice with. Recordings are saved on your device and are never uploaded. If you never use recording, the app never requests microphone access. You can revoke it at any time in the Settings app.

Purchases

TempoTwist Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and tells the app whether your purchase is active. This is the only part of TempoTwist that uses the network, and Apple operates it, not the developer. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple. The developer never sees, receives, or stores your payment information, and receives nothing that identifies you. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Analytics and tracking

There are none. TempoTwist contains no analytics software, no advertising, no tracking technology, and no third-party software development kits of any kind. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

TempoTwist does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing, any change would be to add clarity rather than to expand data use.
